The SSAI team is successful because our business processes are tailored for our operations and conform to Industry Standards. In addition to our Aerospace Quality Management System being certified to AS9100, all of the major business operations are also tailored to conform to Industry Standards. Our Program Management conforms to ANSI/PMI 99-001, The Standard for Project Management and our Program Managers are typically Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. Our Production and Manufacturing conforms to AS9102, First Article Inspection. Our Configuration Management conforms to ANSI/EIA-649, National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management. Our Earned Value Management system conforms to EIA-748, Earned Value Management Systems Intent Guide.

SSAI has been in business for over five decades. Continuous Improvement and compliance to Industry Standards were installed in the company core values on day one and continue to this day. In the 2016 timeframe, our business operations grew substantially. To support the new growth and drive up product quality and on-time delivery, we implemented Continuous Improvement of our Program Management processes. As our business continued to grow into 2023, so did our Continuous Improvement. Today, our performance measure is 90% of all programs within their overall baseline. And individual cost, schedule and scope baselines are held to 95% of all programs.
